Arrival: Friday, July 10

7:00 p.m.: GOSH! Participants Meet-and-Greet. Food and refreshments will be served! Location: Room 104, Professional Development Centre.


Day 1: Saturday, July 11

8 a.m. to 9 a.m.: Breakfast

9:30 a.m. to Noon: Introductory Session: Explanation of the process to date, discussion of methodology and planning for the coming days.

Noon to 1 p.m.: Lunch

1:30 to 3:00 p.m.: Why Open Hardware? Group discussion. Notes are here.

3:30: walk up tunnel mountain

5 p.m. to 7 p.m.: Dinner

Day 2: Sunday, July 12

8 a.m. to 9 a.m.: Breakfast

9:00 to 9:30 a.m.: Synthesis of previous day's workshops, talks and events. This is an opportunity to arrive at a synthesis of the previous day's events as the workshop develops. Caroline Langill will facilitate.

5 p.m. to 7 p.m.: Dinner

7 p.m. to 10 p.m.: Trip to Banff Upper Hot Springs for all those interested. Please sign up with Edwin Janzen by noon today. Cost: $5 per person. Shuttle to Hot Springs provided.

3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.: GOSH! Wrap-up and Summit preparation. JPL 3131 (those who plan to speak during the Summit should attend)

8:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.: GOSH! Workshop wrap-up party, with Meet-and-Greet for newly arrived Summit participants. Location: JPL 313.
